Castrol Raceway : Canada’s some of the fastest dragsters perform here at speeds up to 200 miles per hour. In the weekends and evenings, mostly during the summer, drag racing and oval track race meetings are held. Sprint cars, stock cars, and econo-stock car racing are included in the oval track race meetings. Two hours before the events start the gates open approximately. Depending on the event the admission prices varies. You'll find the park, formerly the Labatts Motor Sports Park, off Highway 12 south of Edmonton heading towards Devon. Chinatown : An ornate red gateway spanning 75 feet across 102nd avenue at 97th street welcomes visitors to where edmonton’s Chinatown used to be. Due to the construction of government buildings and the LRT, Chinatown has since moved east to 95th street, between 102nd and jasper avenues. But the gate is still worth checking out before heading east to find a good Chinese restaurant or check out the local markets. Built by a Chinese master architect, the gateway has eight steel columns and 11,000 ornamental tiles. The gate was built as a symbol of friendship between Edmonton and its sister city, harbin, china.

Cape Henry Lighthouse and botanical garden in minneapolis

In Minneapolis there are gorgeous flowers, magical windchimes, and fabulous photographic opportunities. It was worth visiting, spent about 2-3 hours wandering, viewing and relaxing. The sculpture garden is nice. It's free, has a great view of downtown and is fun to walk around and look at the sculptures. It's fun to take a picnic and just hang out in the grass. For staying in Minneapolis select only cheap hotels in Minneapolis.
Cape Henry Lighthouse in Malibu is a nice lighthouse to visit. It's kind of difficult to get to, though, because it's on an active military base and you have to go through their security to get through. This includes showing a picture ID and having your car searched. I thought it was pretty exciting, though! I just recently visited this lighthouse again after visiting it about 15 years ago when they didn't have the security gate. So, it was a different experience.
